I work with faith communities, educational bodies, NGOs, and civil society organizations. The work supports institutions facing growth, transition, or ethical tension in complex environments.
The focus is on clarity of purpose, sound process, and organizational health that can be sustained over time.
Support for institutions
Each engagement is adapted to the culture, history, and responsibilities of the institution involved. Work typically includes:
- Leadership and governance
Advisory support for those carrying responsibility and decision-making roles. - Facilitation
Guiding groups through strategic conversations, internal transitions, and moments of uncertainty. - Education
Designing learning spaces and programs aligned with the institution’s mission and context. - Conflict-sensitive accompaniment
Steady presence during periods of change, tension, or internal friction.
Geographic scope
Work takes place locally and internationally, with particular engagement in:
- South Africa
- Israel / Palestine
- International contexts
Approach
Institutional work requires patience, discretion, and respect for process. The role I take is to support reflection and movement without imposed urgency, and to help institutions act with integrity within their own mandates and limits.
